A network or partnership is only as effective as its Leadership Team. So, this questionnaire is designed to help you take a detailed look at the health and effectiveness of your Team. (May be Facilitation Team, Steering Committee, etc.).
The tool is designed to help you and your network Leadership Team think together about both what you do and how you do it. It’s something like a ‘health checkup.’ If you have a network Leadership Team, I’d encourage each member of your team to work your way through the assessment individually. Then, meet – face to face or on line – to evaluate how things are going.
Simply add up the numbers you have chosen in the left column. Typically, “1” is the lowest score and “5” is the highest. So a remarkable Leadership Team would have a perfect score of 130!
Once you’ve been through it, then, prioritize any action steps you think are needed and work with your Leadership team colleagues for an action plan. God bless you! And be encouraged. Helping God’s people work together is at the heart of God’s desire.
